While United have had their struggles at points this season, there’s no denying that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has managed to get the best out of his attacking stars, after a couple of seasons of them failing to deliver on their potential in front of goal.
Rashford and Martial, along with teenager Mason Greenwood, have netted 62 goals between them this season – five more than Liverpool’s lauded attacking trio of Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino.
Martial and Rashford have both enjoyed their best goal scoring campaigns for the club, with both breaking the 20-goal barrier for the first time in their careers.

Martial currently leads the race to finish the season as United’s leading scorer after his winner against LASK on Wednesday moved him onto 23 for the campaign, one more than Rashford.
However, Rashford took to Twitter to say that it doesn’t matter who scores the most goals as long as United keep winning matches.
“Tony wins, I win, we all win. That’s my guy,” he wrote in response to a tweet from United’s Twitter account about Martial edging ahead of him in the goal charts.
The pair will have the chance to add to their tallies on Monday when United travel to Cologne to face Copenhagen in the Europa League quarter-final.
