Manchester United extended their incredible unbeaten run away from home in the Premier League to 22 matches this weekend, after an excellent 2-0 win against City in the Manchester derby on Sunday.
An early penalty from Bruno Fernandes got United off to a great start, with Luke Shaw grabbing a second goal just after to seal an impressive win at the Etihad Stadium against the league leaders.
The result moved Ole Gunnar Solskjear’s side up above Leicester City in the league table and into second place, cutting City’s lead at the top to 11 points.
The day before the Manchester derby, EA Sports released their latest database update for FIFA 21, which is sometimes referred to as a server update, with the United squad seeing a number of changes.
The update is available to download now on all platforms, including PC, Xbox and PlayStation.
Eight United players have been upgraded, but seven Reds stars have got downgrades. Check out the latest changes to the United squad on FIFA 21 below.

Fernandes’ finishing (79-82), reactions (89-91) and positioning (85-87) have all been upgraded in the latest FIFA 21 update.
Scott McTominay – Downgrade
McTominay has been given quite a harsh downgrade, with the Scot’s agility being reduced from an already low 70 to an even lower 67. No, we don’t really get it either.
Fred – Upgrade
The Brazilian midfielder’s curve (75-77), long passing (79-81), reactions (86-87) and stamina (90-91) have all been upgraded.
Edinson Cavani – Downgrade
Cavani’s acceleration has taken a hit in the latest FIFA 21 update, with the Reds striker dropping from 70 to 68. Ouch.
Eric Bailly – Upgrade
Bailly’s been given a significant upgrade, with the defender’s short passing (67-68), dribbling (62-64), long passing (57-60), ball control (62-63), reactions (76-78) and composure (76-78) all boosted.
Donny van de Beek – Downgrade

Aaron Wan-Bissaka – Upgrade
Unsurprisingly, the Reds full-back’s defensive attributes have been boosted, with his marking (79-80) and standing tackle (85-86) both boosted.
As a result of this upgrade, Wan-Bissaka has been given a Tackling Speciality on the game, as he’s now got at least 86 standing tackle and 85 sliding tackle.

Henderson is another to receive significant attribute boosts, with the goalkeeper’s short passing (32-37), long passing (40-45), shot power (53-54) and GK Kicking (70-72) all increased.
David de Gea – Downgrade
But, De Gea is the first player in this list to receive a significant downgrade, with the Spaniard’s short passing (50-48), long passing (47-43), shot power (59-57), strength (59-55), GK Handling (81-80), GK Kicking (78-76) and GK Positioning (81-80) all being reduced.
Marcus Rashford – Upgrade

Nemanja Matic – Upgrade
Matic has also had a slight upgrade, with the Serbian’s agility going up from 43 to 47.
Juan Mata – Downgrade
Mata’s physical stats have taken a real hit in the latest update, with the midfielder’s sprint speed (55-53), jumping (61-58) and stamina (60-58) all being reduced.
Daniel James – Upgrade
James’ strong recent form has been rewarded with a significant upgrade on FIFA 21.
The Welsh winger has seen a number of his attributes upgraded in the latest update, including his finishing (68-70), short passing (73-74), curve (72-73), balance (81-83), marking (50-54) and standing tackle (41-45).
Phil Jones – Downgrade
Jones hasn’t made an appearance for United this season, so EA Sports have decided to downgrade the defender once again.
Jones’ sprint speed (54-52), reactions (71-69), balance (50-48) and stamina (45-40) has all been reduced.
But, it’s not all bad, because his strength (75-76) and aggression (85-86) have been upgraded.
