Manchester United fans have tipped Anthony Elanga for the top after his stunning goal on his debut for Sweden’s U21 side.
The 19-year-old made his Premier League debut for United in the defeat by Leicester City last month and scored his first goal for the club on the final day of the season against Wolves.
Expectations are high for the teenager, who joined United in 2014 and has worked his way through the club’s youth ranks since.
His performances for United also attracted interest at international level, earning him a debut for Sweden’s U21 side for Thursday’s friendly against Finland.

Sweden emerged as 2-0 victors in the game, following two efforts in the opening 15 minutes, with the second goal coming through Elanga.
The goal was of his own creation, taking down a long pass to the left and holding up play, before e a exchanging a neat one-two with a teammate and surging into the box.
Cutting inside slightly, Elanga unleashed a thunderous effort into the top right-hand corner of the goal and fans on social media were dazzled by his display.
Supporters enjoyed the clip of his effort, with one fan stating that he sees similarities between Elanga and Liverpool star Sadio Mane.
Others are confident that Elanga will be getting more tastes of first-team action next term, something many said they want to see.
Having impressed for both club and country, Elanga’s career has started off excellently and it will be interesting to see how he progresses next season.
