Man United squad vs Real Sociedad confirmed as Amad and Shola Shoretire included

2 min read

Eric Bailly and Dean Henderson could return to the Manchester United side for Thursday night’s clash with Real Sociedad, after being included in the travelling squad for the game.

Youngsters Amad and Shola Shoretire may also get their first-team debuts after being named in the group to travel to Italy.

United fly to Turin this afternoon, where the first leg of the Europa League last 32 is being played due to covid-19 travel restrictions in Spain. The second leg is being played at Old Trafford on February 25th.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is sure to make changes as United juggle league and European commitments, with Brandon Williams, Axel Tuanzebe and new young signing Amad among the others in the squad and who could start.

Donny van de Beek and Edinson Cavani will not travel, after picking up muscle injuries, while Scott McTominay and Anthony Martial are part of the squad but both are doubtful for the game.
