Manchester United’s bid for Borussia Dortmund’s Jadon Sancho is imminent.
That is according to the United Stand who claim United are planning to move swiftly for Sancho, with the Reds prepared to offer £85m for the 21-year-old, which would reportedly meet Dortmund’s valuation. The report states a bid could come as soon as today (Tuesday).
It’s important to remember United have been here before, though, agreeing personal terms with Sancho last year before negotiations with Dortmund broke down, although it’s believed the German side have changed their stance and they are now willing sellers.
Sancho has excelled with Dortmund since joining the club four years ago and he’s scored 16 goals and provided 20 assists this season across all competitions, with his performances suggesting his arrival would solve United’s problem right-wing position.

Regarding more potential new additions to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer‘s side this summer, the Daily Star claim United are interested in Sporting Lisbon’s Pedro Goncalves, who has steadily built a reputation at Bruno Fernandes’ former club with his eye for goal.
Just 22 years old, Goncalves joined Sporting Libson in August 2020 but has since become a prolific scorer from attacking midfield for the Primeira Liga champions, scoring 23 goals in all competitions this term, recording similar numbers as Fernandes once did.
It’s said there’s a £52m release clause in his contract and that United could face competition from Liverpool for his signature.
