There is no love lost between Manchester United and Liverpool as the two old rivals battle it out at the top of the Premier League table.

The pair are international team-mates with Spain, and Thiago picked De Gea to be part of his dream five-a-side team.

Thiago went for De Gea in goal, his brother Rafinha, who plays for PSG, former Barcelona team-mate Jonathan dos Santos, and Leeds United forward Rodrigo – another Spain colleague.

“I always say that more than the best players, I will always choose the best chemistry and the best friends I have in football,” said Thiago in a video posted on Liverpool’s official Twitter page. “Like my brother Rafinha, Rodrigo Moreno who plays in Leeds, Jonathan dos Santos, who is with LA Galaxy in the USA.
