AC Milan legend Franco Baresi would like his former club to sign Marcus Rashford from Manchester United.
United welcome the Serie A club to Old Trafford on Thursday for the first leg of their Europa League last-16 tie.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will be without the services of Rashford, as well as David de Gea, Paul Pogba and Donny van de Beek, whilst Edinson Cavani is also likely to miss out.
When asked which Manchester United player he would like to sign for Milan, Baresi explained how Rashford would be a fantastic addition for his old employers.
“I like Marcus Rashford a lot, he’s an extraordinary player,” Baresi told The Times.
“He wouldn’t be bad for Milan. He can play in any position up front, it would be a nice advantage.
“Rashford is a modern forward who has everything required to do well. He has already shown and done great things and he has a lot of quality.”
AC Milan will be without six players for Thursday’s match, including Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The Swedish striker was ruled out of the match a fortnight ago but Milan will be without several other key personnel for the match.
